STH is actively engaged in providing data collection, analysis, and insights reporting to numerous local authorities across the UK and internationally. Our extensive experience with local authorities has positioned us as more than just a data collection company; we are also equipped to design transport schemes, understanding the underlying reasons for data collection.
Our in-house site operations and analysis team uses a wide range of survey equipment, including Automatic Traffic Counters (ATCs), radars, and battery-powered CCTV and ANPR cameras, to capture detailed traffic data. We have significant experience delivering all types of traffic and transport surveys, from ATCs and manual classified counts to behavioural and cycle surveys, as well as more complex studies like origin/destination, journey time, kerbside analysis and parking surveys.
Our expertise is reinforced by a robust quality management plan, aligned with ISO regulations, and supported by a range of policies focused on sustainability, equal opportunities, and health and safety. At STH, we are driven by a commitment to innovation and sustainability, confident in our ability to tackle any transportation challenge; from transport assessments and parking policy/strategy to engagement/ consultation, Traffic Regulation Orders (TRO) guidance and traffic surveys with tight deadlines.
With offices in Buckinghamshire and the City of London, and plans to expand further, STH has the capacity to handle small, medium, and large-scale survey jobs and projects. We maintain a large pool of equipment and a dedicated team of fully trained staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of results, even for urgent projects.
